The most recent paper by Prof. Mihaila is entitled "On the Movement of the Foucault Pendulum and the Allais Pendulum During the Solar Eclipse of 3 October 2005" (but it's in French; there is a short summary in English). This paper was rejected for publication by the French Academy of Sciences (perhaps the French wasn't fluent enough? or perhaps they didn't like the presence of the English summary?), and Allais lambasted that rejection mercilessly.
